We present a record of an adult cougar and two cubs in an Upland Goose nest monitored using a camera trap in Santa Cruz province, República Argentina. Cougars remained in the nest for 15 minutes, removed the eggs but did not consume them. Bird eggs are probably part of the cougar's diet, and are occasionally consumed. The disturbance caused by the cougars caused the abandonment of the nest by the geese, making this observation relevant for the conservation of these birds.
