Nuevo registro de yaguarundí Herpailurus yagouaroundi (Lacépède, 1809) (Mammalia: Carnivora: Felidae) en el extremo sur de Brasil

Resumen

Se reporta un nuevo registro de Herpailurus yagouaroundi en Brasil, en base a un ejemplar muerto por un perro doméstico próximo a bosques del río Yaguarón, límite sur con Uruguay y de la distribución conocida para la especie en Brasil, indicando el potencial rol de estos bosques como corredores biológicos.
